Lisa’s philosophy of Wedding and Event Planning is simple, when the curtain goes up you get a ”standing ovation”! It is her goal to make you and you the star of the show!
As a child Lisa grew up in Westchester, New York, and then graduated from The Boston Conservatory, Lisa has spent her life surrounded by design, theater performance, and a feeling that any dream can come true, you just need the right team to make it happen.
Lisa has Directed, Choreographed, Performed, and Designed hundreds of shows giving her an outside the box approach to create events of all shapes and sizes with all types of budgets! Lisa has had the pleasure of planning events up to 600 guests, but what she loves and what drives her is that each and every event is different and still exciting!
Lisa’s creative and innovative style combine with her boundless energy, and integrity, provide you with a fresh approach to planning. Her planning abilities stretch to all styles of events, including, Weddings, Birthdays, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Corporate Parties, Non-Profit Galas or Fundraisers, Outdoor Events, Launch Parties and more!

I was Rhett the Terrier at Boston University while in college to make some extra money at Football, Basketball and Hockey Games and even got to choreograph some of the BU Cheerleader halftime shows.
As a dancer I wish I could have danced with Patrick Swayze.
I was a world Champion Baton Twirler, yep, I even twirled at a Wedding for a client in 2014!
I am Musical Theatre Major from the Boston Conservatory.
I consider myself a MacGuyver at weddings, I can fix anything!

Patti Voltaire: Planner/Month of Event Coordinator
Patti comes to Creative Concepts by Lisa a lifelong planner, organizer, and designer who levies her passion for chaos control and thinking on her feet for over a decade both in the catering industry as well as event planning and coordination field. After spending the first 8 years of her career working in the very predictable world of banking compliance (where she did not fit in), she couldn’t stare at the boring white walls of her banking office any longer! Patti knows what truly excites and satisfies her – assisting in making each event a positive, collaborative, and most importantly FUN experience that reflects each and every client’s unique vision.
In 2016 Patti Received a scholarship to attend the Catersourse Conference in Las Vegas from the International Caterers Association.
Patti holds a BA in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, and considers herself a proud citizen of work travel, to date Patti has seen 21 Countries and Counting!
Patti lives in eastern Connecticut with her husband Manny and her bulldog Riley, and she cannot live without cheese, coffee, and 90’s R&B and sitcoms.
Another fun fact is both Lisa and Patti are certified home stagers which comes in handy when putting together the overall floor plan and flow of any event!

Rachel Eisele: Event Manager
Rachel graduated University of New Haven with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and concentration in Event Management. Shortly before graduating college in, 2013 she began working at The Study Hotel at Yale as a Banquet Server. This was one of the major steps in her career that convinced Rachel she wanted to continue in event planning.
In 2014 Rachel started with Creative Concepts by Lisa, her first event was a tent on Long Island Sound that had an unexpected Hurricane Hit, Rachel was there as Lisa evacuated the tent THREE times, and she still came back the next day, we are so glad as she has been a wonderful part of the team, and she has had some great experiences at a variety of locations.
In 2015 Rachel also started to work as the Banquet Office Coordinator at Union League Cafe in New Haven , she has a varied carrier with fabulous companies building her experience and own sense of event Style!
Outside of work, Rachel enjoys spending her time mentoring junior high students from her church. Working with kids has always been a passion which she continues to make a part of her life each day.

Kelly Hanlon: Crafts and Design Assistant
Kelly has been with Creative Concepts by Lisa since 2016 and is back to continue to be one of our hands on crafty queens! She is always up for a challenge with her glue gun, lettering and custom sign magic!
A 2016 graduate from Gateway Community College in New Haven, Connecticut with an Associate in Science for Hospitality Management. Kelly was inspired to enter the event planning field when she got married in 2007, she began to work with CCBL as an intern in Spring of 2016 and we have kept Kelly around as a wonderful part of the team, and we are thrilled to say that Kelly “loves assisting CCBL clients”.
When Kelly is not helping Lisa make your event a memorable one, she can be found making art at home or at her other workplace, attending live music events, lazing on the couch with a good book and her cats, or throwing dinner parties for friends.

Lisa Fatone: Art and Design Assistant
Lisa is a Graduate of Paier College of Art as well as Albertus Magnus College. Her talents for all things art are bountiful! We love when she can bring her time to our offices and enjoy her artistic spirit!
After having honed her craft for over 30 years, Lisa continues to draw inspiration from the natural world that surrounds her shoreline home. Graphic designer and calligrapher by trade, Lisa’s passion for her artwork is also motivated by an enthusiastic client base who describe her signature watercolors and hand-lettered signs made with a variety of natural and upcycled materials, as ‘lively, uplifting and inspiring’; and her jewelry designs as “possessing an organic, raw aesthetic with an eclectic vintage flair that maintains a feminine elegance”. Presently, Lisa is designing jewelry, developing patterns for textile design, and creating a line of original watercolor greeting cards. Collaborating with other like-minded artists are an inspiration!
Wedding & Event Calligraphy, Handlettered Signs, Graphic Design & Fine Art, and Jewelry Design are just some of her many talents!
Lisa can be found at http://www.lisafatoneartdesign.com and on her Etsy Store where she creates her own very special works, and sells them in boutiques around CT and off her website. She lives in Westbrook and can be seen (weather permitting) hunting the shoreline for driftwood and other fabulous finds to make her one of kind creations!
