Since every event is unique our packages are quoted after an initial one hour complimentary consultation. I begin with a base price but truly believe that your consultation is important to customizing your wedding package. No cookie cutter pricing. I believe your day should reflect who you are as a couple and one price does not fit all. All- Inclusive Wedding Planning and Design

Event Planning and Design Features:

  • Work to create your one of a kind event based on your personal wedding style, theme and budget
  • Provide necessary samples of décor items for clients to see during the process
  • Provide Vendor introductions and access to my preferred vendor list, work on vendor contracts and negotiations, and be on site for vendor meetings including on site tours and venue meetings, with CCBL office as a meeting option for any and all meetings
  • Creation of contract spreadsheet for you to track your payments
  • Coordinate all transportation needs and hotel room block requirements
  • Rental usage of CCBL’s design and décor items
  • Timeline and event packet created and shared with all your event vendors and venue
  • On Site for wedding ceremony rehearsal
  • Day Of Assistance
  • Set up and Break Down on day of wedding of applicable décor options
  • On Site for up to 12 Hours with at least one additional CCBL Employees to Assist with your Ceremony and Reception
  • Access to multiple emergency kits to ensure you wedding day needs are met

  • Up to 8 meetings in my Hamden CT office, on location, or on the phone

Month of Event Management

2017 Month of Event Management

  • Initial Meeting Upon Booking at your Venue
  • Up to 2 meetings in our Hamden CT office within 60 days leading up to your Wedding Date
  • Provide client access to my preferred vendor list
  • Rental usage of CCBL’s design and décor items
  • Timeline and event packet created and shared with all your event vendors and venue 14 days prior to your wedding
  • Final meeting at your Walkthrough at your venue
  • Day Of Assistance
  • On Site Day Of Coordination for up to 12 Hours and One additional CCBL Employee to assist with your Ceremony and reception
  • On site contact for all vendors and bridal party
  • Set up and Break Down on day of wedding of applicable décor options including but not limited to: Place Cards, Favors, Sign in Book, Champagne Flutes, Cake Knife and Server, cake topper, photo booth props, specialty signs, candles and lighting of candles, redistribution of ceremony flowers, and more!
  • Packing up your designated vehicle at the end of the reception so your items are all accounted for and ready to go when you are.
  • Distribution of final payments and gratuities at the completion of vendor contracts
  • Access to multiple emergency kits to ensure you wedding day needs are met
  • All phone calls and emails are included

A La Carte Services Include;

  • Engagement Shoot and Photo Shoot Styling; looking to create memorable pre or post wedding photos with a styled shoot, allow us to set up the perfect stylized background to enhance your photo opportunities!
  • Information Management; sometimes you need a personal assistant to simply manage the paperwork, we can provide services to manage your hotel room block, transportation needs, budgets and more, from recommendations to final details ask how we can help!
  • RSVP Management; every venue has specific requirements when it comes to your event RSVP preparation, allow us to create the necessary paper work so you don’t have to.
  • Rehearsal Dinner Coordination; as a critical part of the weekend the rehearsal dinner can sometimes be taxing for out of town family to coordinate allow us to find your location and assist with all the details!
  • Hotel Welcome Bags and Event Itinerary Cards; welcoming your out of town guest with a fun and fabulous welcome bag helps to set the mood for the weekend, accent your welcome bag with a weekends itinerary is the perfect way to say WELCOME!
  • Dance Lessons; as a professional dancer/choreographer we can have fun creating a one of a kind first dance, flash mob, or group dance for your reception.
  • Candy Bar Creation, from décor and jars to labels and candy we can do it all! Create your personal candy bar experience.
  • Printed Materials, from Signs, and Labels, to Invitations and place cards we can work with you to create a one of kind motif.
  • This is a 1.5 hour phone conversation with me, a professional with over 20 years’ experience. Stop arguing with your family, your bridal party, or your fiancé and take a chance to ask questions to professional planner and get my experience and know how! Should you book me for further work on your event you will be credited your Consultation Fee!
