To Lisa Antonecchia, all the world is a stage. Truly there is a beginning, a middle, and an end to everything and that’s how she sees weddings, crescendo up and crescendo down.

Antonecchia had every intention of being an actor and studied hard to be the triple threat, you know, singing, dancing and acting.

That went by the wayside after someone told her, “honey your future is being a character actor, later on in life.” Well, not wanting to wait until then, this type “A” dynamo from Hamden, Connecticut moved forward into event planning, and of course weddings. The photos you see are from a wedding she did for a couple who didn’t have a ton of money but who wanted a “beautiful” day as they said “I do,” that’s Antonecchia’s specialty. She believes everybody should have the wedding of their dreams, and that spending tens of thousands doing that isn’t realistic. Worried about attention to detail, that is also where this gal comes in, yep even on a shoestring. She believes middle America deserves the best. How long has it been since you’ve heard that? As a child I grew up in Westchester New York and then graduated from The Boston Conservatory, where I have spent my life surrounded by design, theatre, and a feeling that any dream can come true, you just need the right team to make it happen.

I have Directed, Choreographed, Performed, and Designed hundreds of shows giving me an outside the box approach to create events of all shapes and sizes with all types of budgets!  While in school I began a long career working with Spirit Entertainment Cruises where I worked for many years in many capacities:  Starting as a Performing Waitress and working up through Cruise Director, Event Planner, Wedding Planner, Sales Manager, and Entertainment Coordinator.  While with Spirit I was able to work on events of 2 people to 600 people!

My creative and innovative style combine my with boundless energy, and integrity, provide you with a fresh approach to planning.
